1) Parties and Acceptance
1.1) These terms apply between the Tanırım platform served at tanirim.com (Site/Platform) and any person visiting or using the platform (User).
1.2) By using the platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the platform.
2) Description of Service
2.1) Tanırım is a service that brings real-time image processing modules together in a single platform. Using the modules is free and requires no sign-in; only certain additional actions (such as downloading captures, rating, or adding favorites) require creating an account.
3) Account Creation and Responsibility
3.1) An account can be created with Google, GitHub, or an email/password. You are responsible for the security of your account (keeping your password private, preventing unauthorized access). If you notice suspicious activity on your account, you are expected to report it via the Contact page.
3.2) The platform is not directed at children under 13; if you are under 13, you should not create an account.
4) Acceptable Use
4.1) The platform may not be used for purposes that violate applicable law.
4.2) The platform may not be used in a way that violates others' personal rights, intellectual property rights, or privacy.
4.3) Excessive requests may not be sent via automated tools (bots, scripts), and the service may not be abused.
4.4) Security vulnerabilities may not be exploited, and security measures may not be circumvented.
4.5) Insults, hate speech, or misleading content may not be used in publicly visible fields such as usernames.
5) Enforcement
5.1) In case of a violation of these terms, the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice is reserved. Requests identified as abusive may also be limited technically (rate limiting, bot verification, and similar measures).
6) Intellectual Property
6.1) The platform's design, code, and brand belong to Tanırım. Publicly shared source code is subject to the license terms stated in the relevant repositories.
6.2) Images and videos you produce through the modules (such as screenshots) belong to you, and you may use them as you wish.
7) Service Continuity
7.1) Tanırım is a platform under active development. Modules may occasionally experience interruptions, changes, or temporary unavailability; modules may be added or removed without notice. We try to announce significant changes but cannot guarantee it.
8) Limitation of Liability
8.1) The platform is provided "as is". The outputs of the image processing modules (such as detection and analysis results) are for informational and experiential purposes; their accuracy is not guaranteed and they should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.
8.2) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
9) Changes
9.1) These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and significant changes are announced on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means the updated terms are accepted.
10) Governing Law and Contact
10.1) These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
